  2. If you wish to request a replacement with a DIFFERENT PRODUCT, please mention it in the replacement request form.

    Product exchanges are subject to availability and price differences (if any).
    If the new product is priced higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the new product is lower in value, we may offer a refund of the balance at our discretion.
