Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of artificial jewellery and hygiene considerations, all sales made through our website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

We request customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, colors, and images before placing an order.

Returns or refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • The item delivered is damaged  or broken at the time of delivery

To request a review in such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and order details. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Items damaged due to wear and tear, improper handling, exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions. This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.

At Seyorie, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide replacements for eligible items under the conditions below.

We accept replacement requests if:

  • You contact us within  1 – 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Replacement Request Process and Charges

If you wish to request a replacement for a damaged product, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos or a video of the damaged item along with your order details via WhatsApp or email. Our contact information is available on the Contact Us page.

After submitting the photos/videos, you are required to complete the Replacement Request Form available under the Useful Links section of our website.

Once we receive your request and supporting proof, our team will review the details and contact you within 24 hours to verify the damage and confirm whether the item qualifies for replacement. Replacement requests are subject to approval after verification by our team.

Replacements will be provided only if the same product is available in stock. If the same item is not available, you may select an alternative product of your choice.

If a replacement is approved, the order will be processed as a new order. If there is a price difference, any excess amount paid will be refunded to you. If the replacement product price is higher than the original item, you will be required to pay the additional amount at the time of checkout.

  1. If you wish to request a replacement for any item, please click on the “Request A Replacement” option under useful links at the end of home page .You will be required to fill out the form with the necessary details and submit it..
  2. If you wish to request a replacement with a DIFFERENT PRODUCT, please mention it in the replacement request form.

    Exchange approvals will be confirmed via Email/WhatsApp once your request is reviewed.

  3. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the product issue
    • Brief description of the problem
  4. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the item .
  5. After we receive and inspect the return, your replacement will be shipped within  2–5 business days.
